Important Information

• A reservation fee of £100 per team is required to secure your team's place at the BAPTO championships, to be held at Lyons Robin Hood Holiday Park on the 10th, 11th, and 12th September 2010.



• The reservation fee will only be refunded to the Team Manager at the tournament. Teams that do not attend the tournament will lose their reservation fee.



• Team entry fee is £35, mens singles is £20 per entry, ladies singles is £10 per entry and mixed doubles is £25 per entry. Entry fees are non-refundable.



• Team Entry is FREE is your pub's pool facilities are provided by a BAPTO member. You must include the name of the pool table operator for verification.



• Players to arrive afternoon/evening on Thursday 9th (flyers available) and commence play at 9.30am Friday 10th. Tournament finishes Sunday 12th at approx 5pm.



• Accommodation booking details for Lyons Robin Hood Holiday Park will be sent to the Team Manager once the team has been accepted and registered by BAPTO.



• Players to enter the singles and mixed doubles at the event.



• All players and guests must have a tournament wristband to gain access to the event - these are provided FREE to paying guests of Lyons Robin Hood.



• Weekend tournament wristbands can be purchased at the event from Lyons Robin Hood reception at a cost of £50 each.
